BI Senior Consultant/Manager

WeQan is looking for a BI Senior Consultant/Manager !

Your job : 

As a BI senior Consultant, your role will be to help WeQan customers to design and deploy their BI visualization and reporting solutions. You will be in charge of all necessary steps to deliver a BI solutions in line with customers expectations.

• Collection & understanding of end user needs,
• Design best-in-class dashboarding to facilitate data-driven decisions for the users
• Develop and deploy BU applications, including the implementation of an architecture, the development of the script and the data model, as well as the interface containing the relevant indicators and analytics.
• Carry out tests with the business and ensure customer acceptance
• Document BI solutions
• Ensure User training & support
• Support, progressive and corrective maintenance.
• Contribute to preparation of customer proposals and presentations
• Participate on adhoc basis to commercial activities

As a Manager, in addition to the above, you will take an active part in developing talent pool and business of WeQan :

• Proactively look for strategies to expand our customer portfolio by spotting opportunities in the market
• Prepare customer presentations of WeQan services offering
• Shape commercial proposals and RFPs answers
• Partner closely with our current customers to truly understand their business realities and requirements and identify cross-sell and op-sell opportunities
• Coach junior and medior consultants on the field on customers’ projects
• Participate to recruitment and performance assessment

Official partner of the Qlik solution for several years, we have developed a strong expertise and are mainly active in Qlikview, Qlik Sense, Nprinting, Qlik Data Integration. We also work on Data-warehouse projects and other BI solutions such as Microsoft Power BI.

Our team is made up of twelve people, including passionate consultants and experts in their field. Our data scientists, specialized in Artificial Intelligence, also help our customers to develop predictive analysis solutions, aimed at improving their performance.

A good part of our projects are done remotely, and we devote one day per week to training and support.
