For some time now, you can see that Qlik present new features in the form of short videos on their You Tube channel or in the Help section.
The easiest way to do this is to click on the mentioned links and select via the tags the different Qlik solutions for which you want to see the news.

On the “Help” of Qlik
The presentation is very well done, you can select the videos by products/topics.
Going in the Help will allow you to access directly to the complete descriptions of each new product. If a new product or a topic is not available in video, you will have a written description. Just search for any topic via the “Search box”.

The Qlik Community: Release Note section
The Qlik Demo application: This is a Qlik Sense application that covers the main new features on several releases.
It requires authentication:
On the Qlik customer portal : Log in on the portal, then go to “Product Releases”.
On your QlikSense Cloud environment: When you log in to your Qlik Sense environment, if your Qlik administrator has authorized it, you will receive pop-ups with some new releases.
