A SIB is a mini-project that we carry out in 3 to 5 days of consultancy, based on a well-honed process, which is broken down into 3 phases:

• Preparation
  During a first meeting, we define together the objectives of the SIB, its functional scope, and we identify the KPIs to calculate as well as the reports and analyzes to be developed.
  Ideally, you document – with or without our help – your sources of data to carry out these reports and analyzes.
  
• Development
  During this phase, our consultants will connect to your database, extract the tables and fields needed to complete the SIB.
  They will then build an associative model of data from which they will develop the different visualizations and analyzes.
  This phase will end with a presentation of the SIB application to your project team
• Evaluation
  Free licenses will be available for 4 weeks to allow you to evaluate with your colleagues the SIB application that has been delivered to you.
  At the end of this evaluation period, a new meeting will be organized to determine if the objectives of the SIB have been achieved and if, like us, you are convinced by the power of Qlik or Microsoft Power BI and wish to continue the implementation within of your company.
